Welcome to the home of Lindy Hop Heaven. 

Every month we hold an evening of social entertainment at Moortown Social Club with dancing to swing music ranging from the 20's, 30's & 40's to modern day swing.

With top swing DJs from in and around Yorkshire we'll have you shaking your thing all night long. With the best liquor at your fingertips (in other words a well stocked bar) and a wonderful dance floor under your feet, what more could you ask for on a Friday night?

Starting in August Lindy Hop Heaven will be introducing a live music night at TJ's, Woodhouse Street, Leeds. We are delighted to say TJ's has a large dance floor and a great social seating area. Tickets to buy in advance will be available soon.

1940s Swing dance with live band
The Suburban Swing Orchestra.

An amazing big band playing Glenn Miller, Count Basie, Duke Ellington with male & female singers. Dance away the evening to the music of Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, Dean Martin, Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald & Nina Simone.

Dance Floor Etiquette:-

If you wish to dance ballroom please dance around the outer edge of the dance floor keeping in an anti-clockwise direction.

Lindy Hoppers & Jivers please towards the centre of the dance floor if ballroom dancers are dancing. This avoids the collisions that can sometimes occur.

Above all have fun & don't be afraid to ask people to dance.

All dance styles welcome

Dress Code:-

Just dress to impress; vintage, casual or just plain eccentric welcome.
